One of the main ideas that led to the creation of The Canadian Healthcare Navigation Conference (CHNC), was that we wanted to find a way to bring together researchers, decision-makers, administrators, clinicians, trainees, and families with lived experience who are involved with navigation services.
To further support this, we are currently creating a mailing list for healthcare navigation-related news and updates! We welcome you to join the mailing list to be kept in the know about CHNC and/or to share your upcoming events (e.g. conferences, webinars, stories of success) with us.
News & updates that are submitted to us will be reviewed by the organizing committee prior to being shared to ensure that we post relevant and appropriate information. Items will appear on this page, and through the mailing list.
